Buhari’s ‘no-anti-party’ stance Tinubu is enthralled by the comment
Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress, has stated that he has the support of President Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) to lead Nigeria in 2023.
He praised Buhari for his “loyalty and commitment” to the party while predicting the APC’s “victory in the February 25 presidential polls.”
These were contained in a statement issued by his Media Adviser, Tunde Rahman, on Saturday.

According to the statement, Tinubu spoke when the party’s National Chairman, Senator Abdullahi Adamu, and members of the National Working Committee paid a visit to the candidate at the Tinubu/Shettima Campaign Office in Abuja.
According to the statement, Tinubu stated that Buhari had resolved not to support any other candidate besides those sponsored by the APC.
“I like Mr President’s statement a few days ago,” the APC presidential candidate said. As our party’s leader, he was firm, concise, to the point, and bold. We should applaud the President for making that statement. (I thank him) for his dedication and loyalty to the party, as well as his role as a true party leader.”
