When AFRICAN  Dishes take the center stage…

Men in the  Kitchen Nigeria, an indigenous healthy nutrition campaign outfit based in Nigeria has successfully launched an African Kitchen Télévision program called MEN IN THE KITCHEN.

Showing every Wednesday 8:30-9:00pm on DSTV 369, GOTV 114, STARTIMES 104, and NTA 2 Channel 5.
With repeat broadcast every Friday 10:30am.

With over 26 bumper editions produced and transmitted so far, the program can boast of having educated most AFRICAN homes especially house wives and cooks on the right recipes for most Nigerian home made soups from different states
These include such soups like Oha, Edikaikan, Okra, Ukwoho, Efo Riro, miyan Kuka, Nsala, Editan, Ndise, just to mention a few.

The broadcast airtime is a sponsor delight as it comes on prime time.
Presented by a seasoned OAP and ace broadcaster, Ralph Nwafor it has consistently educated viewers on the type of meal our forefathers ate that made them live a long life.

The kitchen is headed by Chef Bassey Udoma. A continental Chef with over 15 years of practical experience. He meticulously navigates the cooking to show how nutritious soups can be made without artificial seasoning.

The entire idea which include training of cooks for private and corporate bodies as well as out sourcing Professional cooks who can prepare AFRICAN dishes for  homes as well catering for social activities such as weddings and conferences is currently being powered by Engineer Ekanem Akhemini.
